Fire started by children at Hogmoor Enclosure

Hampshire Fire urges parents to warn children of dangers after Hampshire Fire was mobilised to a fire in an enclosure in Hogmoor
Hampshire parents have been warned by the fire service after two children were caught starting a fire near woodland.
One hose reel was used on the incident where two young children were caught starting a fire and run off after being challenged by a member of the public.
Hampshire Fire have said this is a huge waste of our resources, especially as this could prevent us attending a serious incident where there is a danger to life.
It is also arson which is a serious criminal offence, Fire is extremely dangerous and can spread very quickly and can potentially cause serious danger to peoples life’s and property, including the people who are playing with fire.
